Director of AI & Data Strategy – Hybrid

Artefact in London seeks a Director to lead AI and data engagements across a client portfolio, reporting to Partners and MD. You will own the AI and data agenda, supervise Tech Leads and Managers, and shape repeatable solutions that scale across clients.

You will balance strategic boardroom influence with hands-on delivery, driving commercial growth, pitches, and RFP responses while mentoring high-potential data and AI talent within Artefact’s growing practice.
