Senior Corporate Counsel – Listed Company, Hybrid

GlaxoSmithKline in London seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to act as trusted adviser on governance, investor disclosures, and strategic corporate transactions. You will oversee UK‑listed company obligations and coordinate external counsel for complex matters.

You will support the group’s equity investments, intra-group arrangements and governance reviews, collaborating with Finance, Communications and Government Affairs. Hybrid working in the UK is offered.
