Responsibilities
- Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus) – Own accountability for identifying, pursuing, and closing consulting engagements. Build a robust sales pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win large-scale transformation engagements with new and existing clients
- Build Enterprise Client Relationships – Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives and board members. Anticipate client needs, position ADAPTOVATE strategically across business units, and drive account expansion through cross‑selling and upselling
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements – Own responsibility for major transformation programs. Define methodologies, ensure client priorities are addressed, and deliver measurable business impact while maintaining profitability targets
- AI-Driven Business Solutions – Position AI as a core differentiator in sales conversations. Identify high‑value opportunities where AI enhances decision‑making and operations. Develop case studies and thought leadership to support the sales pipeline
- Scale & Mentor Teams – Develop high‑performing consulting teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence and entrepreneurial mindset
- Drive Thought Leadership – Author frameworks and case studies that establish ADAPTOVATE as a market leader. Speak at industry events and generate inbound demand through visibility and partnerships
Requirements
- Sales & Business Development Leadership – Exceptional track record closing high‑value engagements. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, develop proposals, and meet revenue targets consistently
- Strategic Sales Acumen – Expert at structuring value propositions, navigating negotiations, and identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. Experience in consultative selling and translating client pain into solutions
- Client Relationship Builder – Trusted partner to C‑suite executives with track record influencing enterprise decisions and securing follow‑on engagements. Ability to navigate complex organizations and build internal champions
- Consulting Experience – 12+ years in consulting with expertise in business transformation, digital strategy, and operational excellence. Demonstrated progression to senior leadership
- Team Developer – Passionate about growing consulting talent with both delivery and business development excellence
- AI Expertise – Deep understanding of AI trends. Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business narratives and guide C‑suite on adoption strategies
- Executive Presence – Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the firm at board‑level forums and industry events
