Strategic AI Services Engagement Director

Genesys is seeking a Senior Services Engagement Director for UK&I to lead strategic customer engagements and commercial programmes across major accounts. You will operate across CIO/COO stakeholders, drive transformation roadmaps, and shape multi-disciplinary delivery and commercial strategies.
