Director of Operational Resilience & Risk

MERJE partners with a new bank undergoing PRA/FCA authorisation to recruit a Head of Operational Resilience. You will take first line ownership of operational resilience, business continuity and third party risk management while helping to build the risk and controls framework from the ground up.

The role will begin as an individual contributor before building and leading a small team, shaping governance, regulatory alignment and risk oversight for a fast-evolving digital bank.
