Director, Risk & Control Excellence – Issue Mgmt & RCSA

FTSE Russell is seeking a senior Head of Risk & Control to lead the core first‑line risk processes across the global business in a Director‑level role. You will manage a team of 8–10 professionals across the UK, US and Asia, reporting into the 1LOD Head of Regulatory, Risk & Controls.

Location: London, Hybrid. You will own end‑to‑end risk & control lifecycle, oversee Issue Management, RCSA, and control uplift, and drive governance, MI and regulator alignment across regions.
