Who were looking for
Youll champion the customer voice, driving continuous improvement and strengthen the relationship between RHP and our customers by designing, delivering, and evaluating highquality engagement activities, ensuring residents have meaningful opportunities to influence services, shape decisionmaking, and hold the organisation accountable in line with the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and the Regulator of Social Housings Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
Youll be a strong communicator who enjoys working with a wide range of people and communities, and youll feel comfortable facilitating engagement activities, workshops, and discussions both in person and online. Youll be able to drive usage and meaningful insight using our new online resident engagement platform.
Youll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and confident analysing feedback and turning it into practical actions that improve customer experience. Knowledge of digital engagement tools and platforms and a project management qualification or previous experience of managing projects to completion would be an advantage.
