Director of Building Safety & Compliance

Flow Student is seeking a nationally scoped Compliance Lead to oversee statutory compliance, fire safety, health & safety, and building safety across its PBSA portfolio. This role acts as the technical expert, supporting operations, acquisitions, and new asset mobilisation while ensuring full legislative adherence, especially for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).

The position reports to the Head of Operations, with national travel required and a negotiable salary plus bonus.
