The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director you will lead the daily operations of Brent Cross, ensuring all procedures, wage budgets and service standards are met. You will coach and develop the team, maintain safety standards, and help make the venue a great place to work and visit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve departmental KPIs, including wage ratio and financial targets.
- Foster collaboration between departments to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and service level agreement adherence.
- Maintain all departments running smoothly, delivering top‑quality service and safety in line with SOPs.
- Manage departmental budgets, keeping costs within limits and maximizing profitability.
- Identify new revenue streams to boost the bottom line.
- Ensure all team members follow company policies, Health and Safety requirements, and relevant legislation to minimize risks.
- Provide oversight and support to prevent accidents and maintain consistency.
- Build a culture of effective people management through recruitment, performance management, training, and talent management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and one in three weekends off is essential.

- Motivator with strong leadership skills.

- Ability to work 7 days a week, dawn to dusk – flexible availability.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
