Talent Partner: Build Careers & Talent Pipelines

DC Thomson in Aberdeen is seeking a Talent Partner to join our People team and lead end-to-end recruitment, internal mobility and early careers initiatives. You’ll partner with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and deliver a positive candidate experience.

This role focuses on building talent pipelines, driving process improvements, and shaping future talent across the business, including GAIC programmes, while maintaining governance and data quality.
