People Partner: ER & Tier 2 Care Lead

Unilever in Kingston is seeking a People Partner to lead end-to-end employee relations and Tier 2 care within our HR service delivery. You will partner with line managers and employees, ensuring compliant employment practices and a positive working environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, stakeholder management, and the ability to coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions and complex policy cases across the business. Hybrid working arrangements offered.
