Senior Healthcare Estates Technical Manager

Serco North America is seeking a Senior Estates Technical Manager to lead and develop the estates team in a hospital environment. The role focuses on delivering safe, reliable and compliant estates services to support patient care and hospital operations.

Responsibilities include building strong client and NHS partner relationships, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement within the estates function. This is a 6-month FTC with a full-time, on-site schedule.
