Connect2Luton is seeking a Deputy Head of Service to support the Head of Service in setting strategic direction, performance management, and delivery of statutory social work interventions.

The role leads Family Help, Statutory, and Specialist teams, shaping policies, managing budgets, and guiding multi‑agency collaboration to safeguard vulnerable children and promote inclusive practice across the Local Authority.
