Director of Cyber Service Delivery

Manchester Digital is seeking a Head of Service Delivery to lead multiple teams delivering cyber security capabilities and services. You will remove blockers, use data to drive improvements, and ensure successful collaboration across teams and with stakeholders and suppliers.

You will set up teams for success, maintain realistic plans within cost and time constraints, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous service excellence through governance and early-life support.
