Head of Procurement – Strategic Sourcing & Events

The R&A in St Andrews is seeking a Head of Procurement to establish a centralised procurement function that delivers commercial value across event operations, transport, logistics and corporate services. You will lead a standalone function at start and scale the team as it matures, overseeing a c.£150m cost base with end‑to‑end procurement oversight.
