Centre Manager: Lead an 11-strong team to service excellence

Halfords Garage Services is seeking a capable centre leader to drive performance at one of our Fusion centres. You’ll manage a team of around 11, guiding technicians and customer services staff to deliver a seamless service.

You’ll focus on achieving targets, coaching staff, and ensuring efficient scheduling while maintaining high customer standards. A full driving licence and IT proficiency are required.
