What you will do:
- Provide finance expertise, leadership and business support to the Fire and Security Finance leader in EMEA and Fire Suppression Products management team.
- Provide financial analysis and commentaries on monthly P&L, balance sheet and other relevant business KPIs, with comparisons to forecast and budgets.
- Conduct cost centre and operational analytics, variance analysis, management reporting and corporate/segment support activities.
- Coordinate and prepare the annual budget submission and monthly forecasts with input from local management and functional business groups.
- Serve as the business interface with the Regional Business Centre (RBC).
- Lead and coordinate the monthly financial close, supporting the RBC.
- Prepare and submit capital expenditure investments and post-acquisition reviews.
- Support and lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects, including validation of supporting financial business cases.
What we look for:
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment and using standard costing methodology.
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems.
- Strong background in commercial finance, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Excellent communication skills with finance and non-finance colleagues and the ability to build strong working relationships with management and RBC Finance teams.
- Excellent team player with personal initiative and drive.
- Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise work and meet operational and financial deadlines.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
