Interim Solicitor

Interim Solicitor (6m FTC £85k – likely to extend to 12m)

My client is a growing healthcare organisation in the search for an Interim Solicitor to support General Counsel.

This is a hands‑on role for a commercially minded solicitor who can quickly take ownership of day‑to‑day legal matters.

Key areas of focus

• Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and supplier agreements
• Contract renewals and contract governance projects
• Experience of dealing with Local Authorities, ICBs
• Payment disputes and commercial litigation
• Managing external counsel

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor – 5+ years experience
• Previous in‑house legal experience within healthcare
• Strong on commercial contracts and disputes background
• Prior exposure to the healthcare landscape, including Local Authority and ICB commissioning arrangements
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused and comfortable working autonomously
