Job Description:
Peninsula, a global marine energy business, is seeking a junior shipping/commodities lawyer to join its in-house legal team in London. You will support core activities across marine energy supply, cargo purchasing and trading, vessel ownership, chartering and fleet management.
With autonomy, you will draft and negotiate agreements, structure transactions, advise on real-time legal issues, and oversee disputes within a complex regulatory and compliance framework in the shipping and trading world.
