Head of Field Operations & Performance (Hybrid)

The National Centre for Social Research is seeking a Head of Field to lead its national field operation, shaping strategy and ensuring high data quality across the portfolio.

Hybrid role based in Romford (3 days on-site) with responsibility for workforce planning, budget management and KPI delivery. You will lead remote teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovative field technologies to strengthen data collection.
