Hybrid Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate, M&A & Commercial

Clifton Search is recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the UK head office and be part of the global legal, compliance and secretarial team. The role spans corporate matters, M&A, high-value contracts and day-to-day legal support across the business.

The successful candidate will have a Qualified solicitor with 6+ PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues, interacting across levels in a fast-moving organisation with international reach.
