Associate Director – Safety & Risk
Location: South West England
About The Role
- Lead and manage a team of Safety & Risk Consultants across the South West.
- Work closely with client Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Health, Safety & Wellbeing teams, and external delivery partners.
- Support projects from feasibility through outline and detailed design to construction on site.
- Ensure designs consider buildability, sustainability, environmental impact, and health & safety from the outset.
Essential Requirements
- Chartered Safety Professional.
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Strong working knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Strong report writing capability.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to innovate.
- Willingness to work away from the office for short periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent record keeping skills.
