Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd has an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CNC Shop Manager in Bath, commutable from Frome, Radstock, Swindon, Yate, Trowbridge, Keynsham, Bristol, and Chippenham. The role pays £55,000–£58,000, Monday to Friday with a triple shift pattern and early finish on Fridays, 37 hours, regular overtime, and progression.
You will lead a team of engineers, oversee CNC machines, and help develop the department while remaining hands-on.
