Site Manager – Roofing & Externals (Social Housing)

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead planned roofing and external works in occupied social housing properties, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings, while coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to meet milestones and budget. A CSCS Managers card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work are essential, with desirable Temporary Works and Fire Marshall certificates.
