Technical Manager: Lead & Develop Surveyors

LRQA in Birmingham seeks a Regional Surveyor Manager to lead and coach a team of surveyors within a defined region, ensuring delivery against KPIs and local business plans while sharing specialist knowledge to maximise client opportunities for LRQA.

You will review complex technical issues, prepare quotations, and engage with clients at senior levels, providing guidance on conformity assessments and policies such as RCC-M, ASME and PED to drive performance and continuous improvement.
