School Site Manager – Maintenance & Growth Lead

Colne Community School, part of the Sigma Trust, is seeking a proactive Site Manager to join our Premises Team. The role supports the trust’s mission of fostering an inclusive culture that encourages growth and excellence among students and staff.

Responsibilities include preparing and implementing the annual maintenance programme, supervising the Assistant Site Manager, and coordinating contractor activity to meet senior management expectations.
