As an assistant sales team member you will be the face of Betfred, ensuring every customer has a friendly, safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attend to all customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Maintain a well‑presented environment that customers love to visit.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to improve the customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions with utmost care and accuracy.
• Follow the Think 25 policy and adhere to age verification processes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers.
• Have a passion for sports, betting and gaming – beneficial but not essential.
• Show eagerness to learn, develop and flourish within the Betfred family.
