Requirements & Qualifications
You have completed a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, International Management) and have an IT Project Management background in an international environment. You possess a combination of hard and soft skills, excellent in working with cross‑border team members, and the soft skills necessary to thrive in a team.
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Knowledge of digital transformation projects in Private Equity/Alternative Investments
- Commercial awareness and client management skills
- Numerical and budgetary skills
- Interpersonal skills to work with multiple cultures and backgrounds, on client side and internally
- Self‑driven and highly motivated to set your own goals and path
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tact and persuasive ability
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, preferably also in another language (French, German, Dutch, a Scandinavian language or other)
Experience
Candidates require 5+ years of relevant working experience and affinity with most of the following:
- IT and change management
- Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or other project management methodologies
- Private Equity/Alternative Investments
- Client / account management
- Consultancy

Daily Tasks
- Lead client‑facing projects from planning to delivery
- Monitor project budgets, allocate resources and ensure cost‑efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status, KPIs and performance metrics
- Manage and coordinate internal teams, holding everyone to high standards
- Identify potential risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies
- Intensive cooperation with internal stakeholders and client team members
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall) and tools
- Roll out the delivery model to all parts of the organization
- Translate vision into concrete goals for client delivery teams and development teams
