Main Duties and Responsibilities

In a hands‑on technical environment, you will support and maintain the AV equipment and systems across the campus, from ensuring teaching spaces are AV‑ready to resolving live technical issues and maintaining systems for events and lectures. You will support and influence AV design, configuration, and integration and provide high‑quality support for large‑scale lectures, specialist teaching spaces, and collaborative meetings.

We’re Seeking Someone Who Is:

  • Experienced in setting up and maintaining AV equipment in event or teaching environments.
  • Comfortable diagnosing and resolving a range of AV and IT‑related issues.
  • Confident supporting users with varying levels of technical knowledge, including providing internal support and training to other members of the AV team.
  • Flexible and self‑motivated, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.
