Nursery Room Leader — 40h, Training & Progression

Shiraka is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a permanent role in Taplow (Maidenhead area). The successful candidate will lead the Toddler’s room, coordinating a team, ensuring high-quality care for children aged 0–5, and applying Level 3 childcare standards with EYFS.

Full training and support provided to help advance to a senior role. The role requires Level 3 childcare qualification, post-qualification experience, and a proactive, empathetic, and patient approach.
