Ross Care invites an experienced Clinical Lead OT/PT to join Surrey Wheelchair Services. The role focuses on clinical leadership and expertise to ensure safe, person-centred care across our wheelchair service sites in Woking and Redhill, with travel across Surrey and Northeast Hampshire as needed.

The post involves managing the clinical team, supporting staff, carrying a small complex caseload, and driving service improvements while meeting contractual obligations and KPIs.
