Senior Estimator – Pre-Construction & Margin Control

Westone Housing Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to price refurbishment and framework projects ranging from £50k to £500k. You will lead the estimating process from scope interrogation to submission, surveying sites as needed, and gathering supplier and subcontractor quotes within an Excel-based environment.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will identify risk, define assumptions, and structure submissions to protect margin while ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
