Elis is seeking a Lead Engineer based in Bishop Auckland to support the Engineering Manager and lead a high-performing engineering team. You will work closely with production teams to improve equipment effectiveness, drive operational excellence, and help deliver the site’s business objectives.

This role requires proven experience in industrial maintenance or production engineering, strong leadership, and a hands-on technical background across electrical, mechanical, or steam systems.
