Founding Demo Platform Engineer for AI Solutions

Intercom is seeking a founding Fin Demo Engineer to own the platform and tooling that powers every Fin demo. You will manage environments, seeded data, and reusable blocks that SEs rely on daily, ensuring demos are reliable, fast, and scalable.

Work closely with product, GTM, PMM, Enablement, and sales to position the product, build simulations, and craft hands-on training materials. The role requires strong communication across teams and a passion for AI-driven customer experiences.
