Developed Vetting (DV) cleared professionals are invited to support our Human Capital practice in the UK. The role focuses on technology adoption and transformation within clients’ business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding how the organisation can gain value from its technology investments.
  • Support senior colleagues in working with stakeholders to ensure technology usage aligns with organisational goals.
  • Support across all stages of the GDS development lifecycle: user research in Discovery, addressing adoption barriers, embedding user‑centric design in Alpha, creating adoption strategies (training, communication, pilots), gathering feedback in Beta, monitoring adoption, user satisfaction, value realisation and continuous improvement in Live.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of work plans for implementing new technology solutions.
  • Assist in delivering training and providing basic support to employees for technology adoption and usage.
  • Gather user feedback, collect data and report on the success of technology adoption processes.
  • Support assessments of the organisation’s current technology usage and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about best practices, capabilities, and uses of technology to support effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and support interactions with various stakeholders, both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations.
  • Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams.
  • Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in change management, including leadership alignment, stakeholder identification and analysis, detailed change impact assessment, end‑user training, and executing organisational change management plans.
  • Experience planning training programmes for technology adoption.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and data analysis skills.
  • Experience managing client relationships, including previous consulting experience.
  • Strong end‑user interaction skills and ability to build working relationships with diverse and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple, conflicting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and remain detail‑oriented.
  • Experience of leading business development activity in the technology adoption space.

Clearance Requirement

All applicants must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance to apply.

Hybrid working: you will be based in Bristol, London, or London with flexibility to work in your local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely. Specific working requirements will be discussed with your recruiter.
