An established technology solutions provider is looking for a driven Digital Transformation Sales Consultant to help organisations modernise their operations through innovative technology solutions.
This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying business challenges, building trusted relationships, and delivering solutions that create measurable operational and commercial improvements.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across SME, mid-market and enterprise organisations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges and digital maturity.
- Present tailored solutions across areas including automation, cloud services, AI, analytics and business applications.
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop solution proposals.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B technology, SaaS, consultancy or digital transformation sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership teams.
- Consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience selling automation, cloud, AI, ERP, CRM or data solutions.
- Understanding of professional services environments.
- Experience supporting organisations through digital change initiatives.
