Senior Estimator – Civil & Groundworks Tender Leader

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the pre‑construction team. You will prepare accurate estimates for civil engineering and groundworks, manage tenders from enquiry to submission, and help secure profitable work.

You will work with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to identify risks and opportunities while producing commercially sound tenders aligned with company objectives.
