Senior Structural Engineer – Hemel Hempstead – £ DOE plus car allowance

Our client is looking for a driven Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Hemel Hempstead. This role offers the chance to take ownership of varied projects across multiple sectors while contributing to the continued development of a respected consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work, manage project delivery, and work closely with clients and design teams to ensure high technical standards.
• Take ownership of projects from early concept through to completion and support and guide junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong structural design experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of industry software, design codes and modern workflows.
• Chartered or near-chartered engineers with a proven background in delivering high-quality structural solutions.
• At least 4 years’ UK experience.
