Lead Mechanical Handling Engineer – Cranes & Dockside

Babcock in Plymouth is seeking a Senior Mechanical Handling Engineer to lead complex mechanical handling, crane systems and dockside infrastructure projects at Devonport Royal Dockyard. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from concept to implementation, owning key work packages and ensuring alignment with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires delivering design across mechanical, electrical, controls and civil disciplines within a highly regulated defence environment.
