Department Leader, Retail Operations & Service

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager at its Preston Warehouse to lead daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management within your specialist area. You will work with fellow Department Managers and report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, guiding a 20+ team to deliver top service.

You will train and develop staff, ensure the Best Experience for customers, and uphold safety standards while driving sales and maintaining stock accuracy.
