Head of Player Accommodation & Welfare (Academy)

Manchester City Football Club is seeking a Head of Player Accommodation to lead the Academy’s housing provisions across the City Football Academy and external residences. You will oversee safety, quality and consistency of the residential offer, ensuring it supports player wellbeing, recruitment and retention while aligning with regulatory expectations.

You will own systems, policies and day-to-day processes, manage staffing and cover, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
