Senior / Principal Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer
We are representing one of the regions fastest growing building services consultancies in Manchester who are seeking a Principal / Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to add to their team on a hybrid working basis.
My client is a multi-award-winning company that excels in the delivery of sustainable M&E design. They are amongst the largest single office of specialist building services engineers in the North West who specialise in Building Information Modelling, digital design engineering (Revit & MagiCAD MEP) and sustainable building services design through Building & Energy Modelling (EDSL-TAS)
Within this role you will be expected to:
Work on a diverse range of projects across all sectors, both locally and nationally.
Provide input on design strategy and conceptual design relative to mechanical installations
Lead a team of engineers on large projects whilst simultaneously working independently on other projects.
Candidates should have:
6 years + Experience in a building services consultancy, with experience in Healthcare, Later Living, Housing, Retail. Leisure, Education, & Commercial sectors
Competency with the market leading software required to produce and validate design outputs
