Lead Technical Artist – Hybrid + Relocation Support

Frontier Developments in Cambridge is seeking a Lead Technical Artist to own Technical Art on current and upcoming games. The role requires extensive game dev experience, tooling and performance focus, and mentoring of a high-performing team.

You will define processes, implement artwork tech, and collaborate with Production and Game Direction to plan roadmaps and timelines while navigating technical constraints for the wider team.
