Overview
The Service Centre Planner is the central coordination point between Operations, Sales, Transport, Installation and Supply Chain. The role is responsible for translating customer demand into structured, forward-looking operational plans that align labour, materials, assets and capacity to deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective service operations. By maintaining planning discipline and ensuring operational readiness, the role supports consistent service delivery, maximises resource utilisation and drives operational performance across the network.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities and information flows across Operations, Sales, Transport, Installation and Supply Chain to align on-demand with operational capacity.
- Translate customer demand into structured, forward-looking operational plans that balance labour, materials, assets and capacity.
