Every project we deliver plays a role in improving access to care and reducing pressure on NHS services.We’re now looking for a **Senior Project Manager** to join us during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.**The Role**As a Senior Project Manager at CLEO Systems, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of projects, working with internal teams, NHS stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a **collaborative, fast-paced environment** and wants to work on projects that genuinely make a difference.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and NHS stakeholders* Produce and maintain clear, accurate project documentation* Identify, manage, and escalate project risks* Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables* Represent CLEO Systems professionally in meetings and industry events* Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track* Contribute to continuous improvement and enhanced customer outcomes**About You**You’ll be an organised and proactive Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration.We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:* Proven experience of delivering key projects as the responsible project manager.* Excellent organisational and planning skills* 5 years minimum experience within a similar role.* Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities* High attention to detail and a structured approach* A proactive, solution-focused mindset* Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated environments (desirable* Mentor junior project managers and contribute to capability development.* A leader who is willing to contribute internally and externally.**What’s in it for You?*** Salary up to £60,000 per annum* Hybrid – UK based (Occasional travel required to Ashford/Kent)* NEST pension scheme* Benenden Health membership (GP & specialist access)* 24/7 confidential counselling support* Employee rewards and discount platform* Ongoing learning and development opportunities* 1 paid volunteering day per year**Additional Information**This role is subject to:* Right to work in the UK* Basic DBS check* Two satisfactory references**Closing date:** 10th July 2026*** Please note the advert may close sooner if sufficient applications are received.**At CLEO Systems, we celebrate brave ideas and brave people.
