Enforcement Officer – Field Compliance & Public Support

NSL in Newport is seeking a DVLA Enforcement Officer to liaise with the public, advise on fines and penalties, and coordinate enforcement actions with agencies like Police and DVLA. You will handle inquiries, prepare information, and ensure equipment is fit for purpose for daily activities.

The role is full-time (42.5h/week) on a 6-month fixed-term contract with benefits and a competitive rewards scheme. Training and uniform are provided, with opportunities for overtime and flexible shift
