Opening Lead: Restaurant Launch & Team Trainer

Hickory’s Smokehouse is seeking an Openings Support Manager to lead new restaurant openings with a hands-on, culture-driven approach. You’ll work alongside new Management Teams, coach staff, and drive standards across opening periods.
