Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, build and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts across multiple systems, ensuring robust validation of functionality, performance and user requirements
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, defect identification, tracking and resolution
• Collaborate closely with project teams, developers, business analysts and stakeholders
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing and early life support
• Monitor testing progress, provide clear reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and overall testing efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Test Analyst or software testing role, ideally within a logistics, supply chain or multi-system environment
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar operational systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements and design effective test scenarios
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
