Job Description:
North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Housing Stock Maintenance Technician to work with the Housing Property Services team. You will support the Service Delivery Co-ordinator to maintain council housing stock across multi-storey towers, retirement complexes, and dispersed accommodation, supervising contractors and producing performance reports.
The role requires travel across North Lanarkshire, with 35 hours per week and a temporary contract ending 17/09/2028.
