Military Transport Operations Lead – Day/Night Shifts

Babcock is recruiting for a Transport Supervisor based on site at RAF Northolt, London. This hands-on role leads daily transport operations, coordinating drivers, vehicles, and tasking to meet demanding MOD requirements while ensuring full compliance with policy and legislation.

You will work on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern (days and nights), averaging 38.5 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning supervision, planning, and coordination across rotating shifts.
